To Update the View and SHOW LESS Information

Click "CUSTOMIZE VIEW"

Click to deselect a column, say "BT UPDATE"

Click to deselect another column, say "FOALING DATE"

Click to deselect one more column, say "NAME"

Click the "X" to close the filter menu

Click the down arrow on the horse to see the information that was deselected above

Click the up arrow on the horse to close the extra information that was deselected
To Update the View and SHOW MORE Information (after deselections)

Click "FILTER"

In our previous example, "NAME" was deselected, click the checkbox to reselect

Reselect "FOALING DATE" by clicking on the checkbox

Click the "X" to close the filter menu

In the previous example, we did not reselect "BT UPDATE" so the down arrow on the horse will only show "BT UPDATE"
