Click Settings (Gear Icon - Upper Right)

Click "Account and settings"

Click "Sales"

Go to the "Messages" Section and Click "Edit Messages" (pencil on right)

Here you can customize the email message sent with the invoice (or estimate).

Click "Save" once complete!
