Select which queues the template should apply to using the dropdown

Click the "Company default" field if you want the template to affect all queues without a specific template assigned to them

Click the "Theme Enabled" field if you want to add custom colours.

Click the "Theme Colour" field to change the theme colour

Click and select a logo or drag a logo into this box.

At the bottom of the page you can review the email template

Once you're happy with the template, click save.
