The "Results" column now only list the calls Answered and Connected. This step is to count how many calls for the day.
TIP: The easiest way to count the filtered calls, highlight the "Results" column and look for the summary section located on the lower righthand side of the sheet.
Since this summary totals all fields in that columns that have data you will need to take that total and minus one (1) to **not** include the "Results" field. This example is 69 calls (69 minus the "Results" field = 68 calls)
