      1
Receive daily emailed report from RingCentral. Open attached spreadsheet.
      2
Click "Enable Editing" to allow editing of report
      3
Select the "Calls" tab. This tab opens the list of recorded called.
      4
Then select/highlight the top row, then select the "Filter" icon. This will allow your report to be filtered and sorted.
      5
Click "Result" dropdown arrow to filter. Column needing to be filtered is the "Result" column. Select the arrow on the "Result" field. This will open a dropdown list allowing you to choose filter options.
      6
Filter only the "Answered" and "Connected" calls. Uncheck all others by removing the checks marks in the boxes of all others listed. Then click the "OK" icon.
      7
The "Results" column now only list the calls Answered and Connected. This step is to count how many calls for the day. TIP: The easiest way to count the filtered calls, highlight the "Results" column and look for the summary section located on the lower righthand side of the sheet. Since this summary totals all fields in that columns that have data you will need to take that total and minus one (1) to **not** include the "Results" field. This example is 69 calls (69 minus the "Results" field = 68 calls)

Tip! This total is mostly used with your daily Calls & Messages reportings
