DTE Members accessing their Username and Password for their First Login to the DTE website

Scroll to the bottom right hand corner to Login Click "Forgot Login?"

When you are an existing member accessing the site for the first time You are retrieving both your Username and Password, this is a 2 step process *Step 01 - Get your username first please enter your E-mail Address, leaving Username field empty, then click the Send Username button, *Step 02 - Get your password. With your email you can use this same form to recover your password. ***Your Username and Password can be changed by you after logging in
