Database: grouping

Click "Group"

Click "Pick a field to group by"

Select the relevant field to group by, for example "Discipline".

Click the group button again to minimise the popup and view grouped results.

To remove an active grouping, simply click the group button, followed by the 'x' within the popup.

The database can also be grouped by more than one data field, and groupings can be expanded and collapsed for ease of viewing. See the below example.
