Creating a Unique Synthetic Voice Using ElevenLabs

This exercise assumes you already have an account with ElevenLabs and are signed in.\

Select "**Voices**" from the left-hand menu.

Click "**Add a new voice**"

Select the "**Voice Design**" option.

Add a prompt for the voice you'd like to create and add some text to preview the voice.\

When creating your prompt, it's helpful to include information about gender, accent, age, pitch and delivery style. \
\
If you're stuck for inspiration, click the "Randomize" button.\
\
When you're ready. click "**Generate voice**"

Review the 3 voice options that are generated. \
\
Select your preferred voice and click "**Select voice**"

Give your voice a name, add a language label, a description and then click "**Save voice**"

Select "**Text to Speech**" from the left-hand menu.

Add some text you'd like to synthesize into the text field.

Click the voice menu and select the voice you've created under the "**Generated**" section.

Click "**Generate speech**"

Your synthesized audio will automatically start to play. \

To download your audio, click the download icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen, or you can find it again listed in the "HISTORY" tab.
