Navigate to [https://rma.healthcare/](https://rma.healthcare)

Click on the User name that will be deactivated.

Click to uncheck the checkbox for "User is active." This will make the User "inactive."

Click to uncheck any other checkboxes that are checked off to remove permissions for the User.

The system will take the Admin back to the User's profile to confirm that the changes were saved successfully. The User Account is now deactivated and the User will no longer be able to access FCM.

Making a User inactive prevents the User from accessing FCM. This must be done for any User who will no longer be working at the agency of which they were originally assigned or had been provided temporary access to view certain records, such as during an audit, and their review has concluded. Only those with administrative FCM privileges can create or edit a User Account within their agency. For Users with access to more than one agency, please reach out to FCM's Help Desk for assistance.
