This guide describes the steps for declarants using the Goods Declaration e-Service to obtain releases from the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards.

Submit the Declaration in ASYCUDA.

Declarations which require TTBS approval are first sent to TTBS to confirm or modify the calculated "Pending Fee". The Declarant does not need to make a payment at this time. This status indicates that the payment amount is pending confirmation by the TTBS. Only after it is confirmed will is appear in your payment bucket at which time you can make a payment to view your processed declaration.

Click on the "Payment" bucket to view the declarations that require payment.

Only pay for declarations with the the Payment Status as "Pending Fee" or "Payment Queried".

Click on the declaration reference number to open the declaration and proceed to payment.

Once payment on declaration is completed and confirmed the declaration processing status will display "Processed".
