Access the **'Media Library'** via the Content Section of the Main Menu.

Navigate to a Media Library folder and click on the folder name to load the Media Content Items contained within it.

You can click on the **'Last modified'** column to order the Media Content Items by date. They can either be ascending order (oldest to newest) or descending order (newest to oldest).

To delete a Media Content Item, click on the **'Actions'** menu associated with it.

From the **'Actions'** menu click on the **'Delete'** option.

To confirm deletion, a modal dialogue box will load, click on the **'Delete'** option.

The status of the Media Content Item will update to **'Inactive'**.

Inactive Media Content Items are purged every Friday afternoon as part of a system process.
