Delete a Resource (Make a Device User Inactive)

Resources cannot be deleted. This is to preserve historical data. You will need to archive the resource instead. Archived resources can't log in to the system, even if they are using the correct username and password

Navigate to Synbiotix

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select Helpdesk
