Click the "Sign In with your Apple ID" field.
Enter your email address.
Click the next arrow.

Click the "Password" field.
Enter your Password.
Click the next arrow.

It will request a six-digit Two-Factor Authentication Code.
Enter that number here.

On this next page, scroll to the bottom and click "Request to delete your account ›"

Click "Delete your account"

Click this dropdown and select "I want to stop using my account".

Click "Continue".

Now you will be able to use your work email with your iPhone.
