Sign in into the **Microsoft Azure Portal**
Type **Resource groups** in the search bar and click on the **Resource groups** to view the Resource groups dashboard
**What are Resource groups?**\ \ Resource groups in Azure are logical containers that hold related Azure resources (such as virtual machines, databases, and storage accounts) for management, billing, and access control purposes. They help organize and manage resources as a single unit, enabling easier management, deployment, and monitoring of Azure services within a common lifecycle.
You can follow similar steps to delete any other resource group.
On the **Resource group** wizard, click on the Name **databases-rg**
**database-rg** wizard will open, here you can view all the resources created within the database-rg resource group
Click on the **Delete resource group** button on the top left side
On the right side **Delete a resource group** wizard will open
Scroll the page and type "**database-rg**" then, click on the **Delete** button
**Delete confirmation** wizard will open, click on the **Delete** button
