Setting up Auto-Recording with Greeting in Dialpad Pro Account

Navigate to [https://dialpad.com/settings](https://dialpad.com/settings)

Click the "Admin Settings" gear icon.

Click on "Main Line"

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Advanced Settings"

Click on the checkbox next to "Automatically record calls to this department"

Click "Record greeting" to record your greeting for automation.

Click "Start recording" to record your greeting. If you'd like to cover the CMS disclosure in this recording, you can use the text: "“Thanks for taking the time to speak with me. Before we kick things off, the government requires me to record this conversation. For compliance purposes, I also have to share that “I do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact [medicare.gov](http://medicare.gov) or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all your options." Do I have your permission to continue?”

Click "Stop recording"

Click "Use this as recording" to set the recording.

Click here.

Click "Save"
