Log into your personal Gmail account

Click on the Gear Icon

Click "See all settings"

Click "Accounts and Import"

Click "Add another email address"

A new window will appear. Enter in your Full Name (First and Last):

Click the "Email address:" field and enter in your new @coldwellhomes email address assigned to you by Agent Services that can be found in your Welcome Letter.

Confirm that 'Treat as an Alias' is checked, and then click **Next Step**

The SMTP Server will automatically populate with **mail.coldwellhomes.com**, this will need to be updated to **smtp.coldwellhomes.com.**

Under Username, add your entire @coldwellhomes.com email address

Enter in the password provided to you by Agent Services, that can be found in your Welcome Letter. Verify **'Secured Connection using TLS'** is selected. Once all information has been confirmed, click on **Add Account**

If all of the information was entered correctly, you will receive a Congratulations window. You can then click **Close Window**

You will then want to go back to your Inbox for the final step to be able to send as your @coldwellhomes email

You will have received an email from Gmail - Click on that email called "Gmail Confirmation - Send Mail"

Once you open the email, there will be a link that needs to be clicked in order to confirm your request.

Once the link in the email has been clicked, a Confirmation page will appear, click the **Confirm** button

To test to confirm all is correct, go to your Inbox and click Compose

You will then see a drop down where you can select what email address you want to send as.

**OPTIONAL:** If you would like to make your newly created @coldwellhomes your default Send From email, click on the Settings Gear Icon:

Under the Send Mail as section, click on Make Default next to your @coldwellhomes email address.
