Go to Users page and find the user that needs to be disabled. Open their profile

Click the status dropdown and select disabled

Click "OK". Notice that MS recommends to disable this under Microsoft 365 Admin Center. This is done by your IT team. User can still be disabled at the Sparkrock level.

Under MySparkrock user setup, open the user that needs their MySparkrock access revoked

Under Allow Access To, add a date in the past. This will effectively remove their access to MySparkrock.
