Navigate to the Discussion in your Course.

To start your post, click in the *Type a Response* Box.

Click the + sign in the text editor, to the right.

Click "Panopto Video (Student Submission Tool)"

Here you will make the choice to *Choose a Video* you have already uploaded. \
See the next steps for *Uploading* a previously recorded file,* or *Record* to record directly within Panopto.

If you already have a recording file and want to upload it, Click "Upload"

If you're looking to record your Video Response with Panopto, Click "Record"

After you have Uploaded or Recorded a Video, you can now click the Radio button to choose to post this video to your Response.

Click the "Display Name" field -  Name video as appropriate.

Click "Insert" to embed the video into your Response.

You will see the Video embedded within your Response.

Type any additional information in the the Response that should included.

Click "Respond" to post your Response to the Discussion.

If you're looking to do a video reply to a peer's post, you can do the same process after clicking "Reply."
