        The Dispatch Schedule page serves as a centralized hub for managing and tracking scheduled activities related to equipment moves, trucking, repairs, and other tasks across all projects. This page provides a detailed view of each scheduled activity, including the date and time, type of activity, driver, current status, pickup and drop-off information, and more.

        Navigating to the Dispatch Schedule

        To access the Dispatch Schedule, start by selecting **Fleet Management** from the Left Side Menu. Next, choose **Trucking** and then select the **Dispatch Schedule** tile. The Dispatch Dashboard will display a quick overview of the schedule. To view the full Dispatch Schedule, click the **arrow icon** in the top-right corner of the block.

        Schedule Details

        The Dispatch Schedule page displays various types of data for each scheduled activity, providing comprehensive details. Key information includes: - **Scheduled Date:** The planned date of the activity. - **Priority Level Indicator:** A colored dot that indicates the priority level of the activity. - **Alerts:** Any alerts associated with the scheduled activity. - **Activity Type:** A letter icon representing the type of activity (e.g., Equipment Move, Trucking, Repair). - **Driver:** The driver assigned to the activity. - **Status:** The current status of the activity (e.g., Pending, Started, Completed). - **ID/Description:** Identification and description of the vehicle or equipment involved. - **Material/Item:** The material or item being hauled or moved. - **Truck/Trailer:** Information about the truck or trailer used. - **Bill Move To:** The project to which the activity is billed. - **Assign Equip to:** The project to which the equipment will be assigned. - **Pick Up:** The pickup location. - **Drop Off:** The drop-off destination. - **Notify:** Contact information for notifying individuals at the job site. - **Comments:** Additional comments or notes related to the activity.

        Icons/Legend/Help

        Icons are used throughout the Dispatch Schedule to represent different types of information: - A colored dot next to the date indicates the priority level of the activity. - A box icon next to the priority indicator shows that load tracking is enabled. - The letter icon in the second column represents the type of activity.

        To view descriptions of the various icons, click the **Legend/Help** button at the bottom right of the table.

        This opens a new window with a legend explaining the icons and their meanings.

        Filter/Search/Grouping Options

        By default, the table displays scheduled activities across all projects. You can customize the view using several options. To update the table to display items assigned to a specific project, use the **Project Dropdown**.

        The **Search Box** allows you to quickly find scheduled activities by entering details such as a driver’s name, equipment, material, or location.

        The **Filters Button** reveals a list of category filters, all of which are active by default.

        You can click a category to deselect it and hide related activities or right-click on a filter to display only that category. The **Clear All** button can be used to deselect all category filters, while the **Reset** button will reselect them and return the table to its default state.

        To adjust the timeframe for viewing activities, use the **Calendar Dropdown** to choose from options like today, tomorrow, next week, next month, or select a custom date range.

        The **Grouping Dropdown** allows you to organize the table by grouping activities by day, driver, trucking type, or project.

        For instance, selecting **Group by Driver** will rearrange the schedule to group activities under their respective drivers.

        Click the **Request** tab at the top to view a sidebar displaying any requests for trucks or equipment moves.

        By default, all activity types are displayed on the Trucking Schedule. Use the tabs above the search bar to filter the table by specific activity types (e.g., equipment moves, trucking, repairs).
