        Icons/Legend/Help

Icons are used across the Dispatch Schedule to represent different information. The colored dot next to the date indicates the priority level for the scheduled activity. A box icon next to the priority indicator indicates that load tracking is on. The letter icon in the second column indicates the activity type.
To view descriptions of the various icons on the Dispatch Schedule, click on the legend/help button at the bottom right of the table.
This will open a new window with a legend of the icons and their meanings.

        Filter/Search/Grouping Options

By default, the table displays scheduled activities across all projects. Using the project dropdown, you can update the table to only display items assigned to the selected project.
Use the search box to quickly find the scheduled activity for a specific driver, piece of equipment, material, or location.
Click the filters button to reveal a list of category filters.
By default, all category filters will be active. Click on a category to deselect it and hide all equipment associated with that category tag. Alternatively, by right clicking on a filter you can deselect everything but the selected category.
Use the "Clear All" button to quickly deselect all category filters, or the "Reset" button to reselect all categories and return the table to its default state.
By default, the table will display the scheduled activity for the current day. By clicking on the calendar dropdown, you can update the timeframe to display data for tomorrow, the next week, the next month, and more. Select "Custom" to set a specific start and stop date.
The grouping dropdown allows you to organize the table by grouping the scheduled activities by day, driver, trucking type, or project.
For example, selecting "Group by Driver" will reorganize the schedule by grouping scheduled activities under their respective drivers.
