Doing an interview with Brio

Navigate to <https://brio.ink/home>

You can change the language settings here

Click "Start Interviewing"

Click on "Allow access to camera and microphone" and then the Allow button with the pop-ups in your browser

You can then select the type of interview you want to do. - Mock: take your time, familiarize yourself with the tool and think about your answers - Live: the closest possible to a real interview, you have to answer like in a real conversation, and you have to listen closely Then click on "Proceed to job details"

Click "Select a job you want to train for"

There are a few options there: - Click on “New custom job” and enter the job title, company name, and job description you’d like to train for. You can just copy and paste the job description from wherever you found it (LinkedIn, JobTeaser…). - Select a job you’ve already trained for to do another interview. Each interview is different, doing several for one position is highly recommended! - Select a template job we’ve created for you. Remember, you can always **edit everything**, for instance, choose a template job and then edit the description as you see fit. Fill out the fields necessary, then click "Continue"

You’ll be prompted to upload your CV, in PDF. It is an optional step, but it will greatly enhance your interview experience. Once uploaded and selected, click "Start interview"

Click "Start interview" once everything is OK on the next page.

You'll get a quick tutorial to familiarize yourself with Brio 😊

The interview starts, with the recruiter asking you questions. Once they're finished, speak your answer and click on "Submit answer" to continue the interview

We planned a 20-minute interview for you, but you can add more time anytime by clicking "+ 5min" (or stop sooner with the red button)

Whenever you want (answer 3 questions at least to get a feedback!), click on the red button

By clicking on the red button or when the interview is finished, you'll see this pop-up. Click "Stop & Get your feedback"

In the feedback page you’ll get a summary and 5 tabs, with details and advice about the interview you just did. Remember, you can do multiple interviews with the same job description, they are going to be different. Have fun with Brio and tell us if you’d like to chat!

On the home page, you have the list of interviews you have done. You can look at them whenever you want!
