Scan the QR code on your mobile device to download the RSA SecurID app.

On your mobile device, open the RSA Software Token email that was sent to you by HSIS. This email will contain a link that you will need to copy in order to proceed.

In Step 3 of the email, you will find a link that you need to copy. To do this, you will need to use the copy function on your mobile device.

Tap the RSA SecurlD icon to open the app.

Tap the Add/Import Token icon in the app. This will open a dialog box that prompts you to enter a token link or URL.

Paste the link that was copied earlier into the "Registration code or URL" text box. Make sure that no characters were omitted and that no extra spaces are present. Once the link is pasted, click "Submit" to continue.

Tap "Get Started". This will open a dialog box that prompts you to enter a token link or URL.

If the import is successful, rotating numbers will be displayed on your mobile device. If the import is unsuccessful, check the link for errors. If additional troubleshooting is required, contact the HSIS Help Desk at (205) 934-8888 for assistance.
