Tip! This happens when the same candidate (same employee) has two profiles and both profiles have the SSN.

Navigate to [https://dst.myavionte.com/app/#/dashboard/](https://dst.myavionte.com/app/#/dashboard/)

Click "Utilities"

Click "Record Archive"

Click the "Last Name" field and type the employees last name

Click "Search"

Copy the employee ID (128030549 )"

Click "Restore"

Under SSN - Delete the entry Click here.

Click the "Type to search" field on the top right of the page

Paste the employee ID on the search bar and click on the employees name

Click the "Placements" tab on the candidate's profile from the top ribbon

Click "Onboarding" tab on the candidate's profile from the top ribbon

Click the "Tax" tab on the candidate's profile from the top ribbon

Under personal information click the edit icon to the right

Under SSN Delete the entry and click Save

On the right side of the candidate's profile find quick actions and click the drop-down arrow on the last option.
