    Welcome to the updated version of the County Review. In this training we will demonstrate the creation of a single case binder. To begin, enter your username and password.

    Select "Binders."

    Select "Add Single Case Binder."

    Enter the case number in the "Case Number" field.

    Select "Search."

    The "Name" field auto populates with the case name. Edit the field if desired.

    Complete the "Event Date" field.

    Complete the "Prepared for" field.

    If applicable, select "Auto Update" to have the binder automatically update as documents are filed to the case.

    Click the "Filter by Division" checkbox if the binder is to **only** be viewed by it's assigned chambers (i.e., chamber team: Judge, Bailiff, Staff Attorney, Judicial Secretary, and Magistrate). Note: The "Filter by Division" checkbox is not to be used by Probation.

    Select "Create Binder."

    Select the documents to be placed in the binder. Note: Selecting the top checkbox will select all documents.

    Select "Generate" for a single pdf to create containing all the selected documents in the binder.
