Accounts for EA staff still need to be created in the EQuIS Enterprise databases and assigned roles in order for them to access the site.
Navigate to your EQuIS Enterprise site just as before, e.g. [https://equis.eaest.com/Springfield](https://equis.eaest.com/Springfield)
EA domain users can click 'Sign in with Microsoft' to use their @eaest.com credentials. External users (or the administrator account) will continue to enter the username and password on this form and click Sign In.
You will be taken to a Microsoft login dialog where you select your Windows account you are authenticated as. If you are not on the network or VPN, you will type in your @eaest.com email address, and then click Next
Enter your EA domain password (not the password you were using for EQuIS Enterprise) and click Sign in.
In the browser, you will be given a number that you will enter into the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device. This example is 23. Yours will be different. If you are on a public network or someone else's computer, leave the "Don't ask again for 30 days' unchecked, otherwise you can check that to reduce the number of times you need to go through this process.
The Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device will then ask you if you are trying to sign in, and to enter the number from the previous step. Press the number keys to enter it and then click Yes.
When asked if you want to stay signed in, select Yes if you are on your own computer and if you are always on your computer and never log in at the airport or internet cafe, you can check the box to Don't show this last question again and use your response the next time. If you select yes, and close your browser, you should not get prompted to do all of these steps every time you access the site for 30 days if that option was selected. You may need still need to do steps 2 and 3.
You should be logged into EQuIS Enterprise. Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner, and you will see that your EA\ user name has been given access.
