If you want to change the permissions to a user, you can click on the three dots and then **Edit.**

Here you're able to change the permissions. You can add additional views or take any away as well.

Click "Edit platform user" to ensure the permissions save.

You'll now see their new permissions have been granted.

If you want to Revoke access to a user, you'll click "**Revoke**"

Their status has now changed from **Active** to **Revoked.**

If you want to give them their access back, you'll click "**Confirm**" and their status goes back to **Active**.
