Edit Your Organization Profile on the Involvement Network

Navigate to the Involvement Network at <https://uga.campuslabs.com/engage/>. Log in using your UGA MyID and password.

Open the main menu on the left hand side of the screen by clicking the icon in the upper right hand corner.

Find the organization that you would like to submit an event on behalf of, located under the "My Organizations" section of the menu. Click on the gear icon to open your organization's toolbox.

From the toolbox, select "About."

From here, you can update information about your organization that will be publicly displayed on the organization’s Involvement Network page.
Certain pieces of information, like your organization name, cannot be updated without completing a Student Organization Support Request. If you need assistance with a name change, please complete this form.
If you are updating your profile image and the new image contains UGA Trademarks, you must complete a Trademarks Approval Request Form and email it to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) prior to uploading the image to the Involvement Network.

Once you have completed all your changes, be sure to select the blue, “Update” button to save changes to your organization's about information.
