Edit or Delete a Question

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select Sigma

Click "Administration"

Select your efficacy audit

Click the efficacy questionnaire

You will see a list of questionnaires within your efficacy audit. These are sets of questions

Click "**?**" to view the questions within a questionnaire

You will see the list of questions within the questionnaire

Click "edit" to amend a question

Make any changes to the question and question description

Click to mark the question as a cleaning question or not. After the audit you'll see an overall score for cleaning questions

Select the question aspect. After the audit, you'll see a score for each aspect

Use the drop-down box to change the question type, if required

Choose the default answer to the question

Select whether answering this question is mandatory or not

To make a question inactive, choose "No" for the "Active" option

Choose whether or not you want answers to the question to be visible on the dashboard. If this is enabled, you will see previous answers to inactive questions on the dashboard
