Editing a Fees Invoice

    Sign in to your school portal as an admin or accountant

    Access the invoice list containing the invoice you want to edit.\ \ You can access invoice lists through several routes such as: from the menu "FINANCE >> Fees/Bursary >> Invoices/Payment Collection", from a student's invoice list page, from a family's invoice list page, etc.

    Click the actions button corresponding to the invoice you want to edit, and click the "Edit Invoice" option

    Make necessary changes to the invoice

    Click the "Update Invoice" button to save the changes
