Click "Groups"

Navigate to the group hosting the event in Hopkins Groups.

Click "Events"

Click the event.

Click this checkbox to select attendees.

Be sure to click "Select all ### Attendees." to capture all attendees in the message.

Click "Email Attendees"

Click "Email Builder"

Click "Next"

Click "Your group main email address"

Click the "Subject:" field and enter your subject.

Click "Next"

Select your email format.

Edit your email as needed. When complete, click "Next"

Select widgets if appropriate. This is not required. Click "Next"

Preview the email.

Once previewed, complete by scheduling the email, saving and sending, or save as a draft.
