      Remember, the final step in verifying your account is to ensure the status reads "Request Submitted Successfully." If it doesn't, your direct deposit submission has not been completed.

      Click "HR Action" on the left side widget.

      Click "Start" on "Direct Deposit Change Request"

      Select the "Active From" field and change it to today's date. If the account is added within three business days before the pay date, the direct deposit may not reflect the update until the subsequent payroll period. Keep the "Active to" field set to the default unless you wish to deposit funds into this account for a specific duration only.

      Click this dropdown and select checking or savings account.

      Choose the amount of pay to be deposited into this account, ensuring that at least one account is designated as "Entire/Remainder."

      Select the "Amount" field and input the relevant adjustments, whether it's a flat amount or a percentage.

      Please input your account number manually into the first field and then confirm it by entering it again in the second field. To view your full account number at any time, press the eye icon.

      Enter your routing number and then click the symbol to verify the routing number is correct. UKG will not accept a routing number if it incorrect.

      Once verified, click 'Close'. You will then see the deposit account added. \*If you receive the message below, please re-enter your routing number and verify it again.

      You can view all submitted HR Actions by clicking on the 'Submitted' tab.

      If you made an error or need to delete a submission or add another you can do so by clicking the three dots here.
