Click "+REGISTER" on the home page on the Register for On-Campus Interview (OCI) Card

Alternative Option: Select "All Job Opportunities". Then in the top right corner of that screen select the "+ Register for On-Campus Interview (OCI)"

The Register for OCI Form will appear. You'll need to select the "Employer Registration" Round

Select your interview date preferences. We recommend selecting multiple dates if the first choice isn't available. There is a special request box at the bottom of the form, if your request doesn't align with options on the form

Select your time preference

Select the "# of Total Interview Slots" you would like

Select the "# of Interview Rooms Needed"

Select the "OCI Model" for your request

Select the location for the interview

Select the "Length of Interview"

Select if you will be hiring for multiple positions or using a rotating schedule

Complete the remaining fields. Be sure to let us know anything else we might need to know when approving your OCI request

Click "Next" to submit your request

If you are conducting "Preselect" or "Open" Interviews you will need to attach a job in order for your posting to be approved. We recommend doing this right away, but it can be done at a later time

If you have an existing Non-OCI Job Posting, this can linked to your OCI Registration by clicking the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of your OCI request. If you have existing applicants, they should transfer over, but I would recommend saving their information just to be safe. Or you can request for us to do that on your behalf by emailing cyhire@iastate.edu.
