    Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.

    You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Your industry folder (Functional Fitness, Universal, or Jiu Jitsu) - Attendance Milestone folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called 75 Appointments Attended - Request a Referral

    Click on 75 Appointments Attended - Request for Referral **Please make a copy of this recipe and move it to My Bundles to customize the workflow.**

    Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when the client has been successfully signed into their 75th appointment. As always, step 2 shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]

    Step 7 will send the email Woohoo! 75 Sessions and Counting! and sign it by the client owner. Step 9 will send the same email signed by the business if there is no client owner assigned.

    Step 13 will send the client an in-App chat message congratulating them on coming to 75 appointments from the client owner. Step 15 will send the same In-App chat message from the business if no client owner is assigned.

    By clicking on the Step 13 and 15 you can edit the content of the In-App Chat sent by scrolling to "Message" and editing the text!

    Step 19 will send the email Still Buzzing from your recent achievement and sign it from the client owner - *Please navigate to Workflows > Email Templates to edit the email and include information about your referral program or include a reward!* Step 21 will send the same email signed from the business if there is no client owner assigned.

    Step 22 is an option step to send a card through AM cards to the client! AM cards is an outside provider that will mail your client a personalized card congratulating them on their 75th appointment! If you would like to use this step, you can create an AM Cards account and unskip this step.
