The following instructions are intended **exclusively for customers who do not have access to their billing account AND wish for CloudMonitor to retrieve Billing Data at Subscription Scope**. It's important to be aware that certain Billing Data, such as expenses incurred from Market Purchases, cannot be retrieved at this scope.
If you currently have access to your billing account, the following steps do not apply to you.
