Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

Log in to your account on the INVIDIA portal at [https://portal.invidia.com.au](https://portal.invidia.com.au) using your email address and password.

Once you're logged in, click on the "Hello, [Your Name]" button located in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will open the "Hello, [Your Name]" menu.

In the "Hello, [Your Name]" menu, select the "Security Settings" option.

If you'd like to set or change your security question, enter the information and click the "Save Changes" button. Then scroll down to the "Two-Factor Authentication" section.

Click the "Click here to Enable" button to enable Two-Factor Authentication for your login account. Other users on your organisation's account will not have their Two-Factor Authentication settings changed by this.

Install an Authenticator App such as 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator, or Google Authenticator. Once installed, click the "Getting Started" button to continue.

Scan the QR code with the preferred Authenticator App you installed. Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by the Authenticator App and click the "Submit" button to confirm.

Take note of the backup code shown on the confirmation pop-up and click "Close" once you've saved it to a safe place. Two-Factor Authentication is now on for your login account and you will be prompted for a 6-digit code next time you login.

The backup code must be used to get back into your account in case of an Authenticator App problem.
