Log in to your Hapana Core Account -  [core.hapana.com/login](http://core.hapana.com/login)

Click the cog icon to open **Schedule Settings**

Click the pencil icon to the right of the session template you would like to enable the session feedback form for. 

Navigate to the bottom of the template and click **Yes** for **Session Feedback**

Click **Update Template** to impact all future use of this template. Click **Save and Update all Future Sessions** to impact all current, scheduled sessions that use this template.
