      Direct Export

      Go to the database [Engineering Village](https://go.openathens.net/redirector/www.monash.edu?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.engineeringvillage.com) Click **Check access** if this pop-up appears

      Click **Confirm your institution**

      Otherwise create a search in [Engineering Village](https://www.engineeringvillage.com/search/quick.url).

      Select the records you wish to export to EndNote by ticking the **check box** to the left of each record.

      Click the **download arrow** icon.

      In the pop up window, select **My PC** and **EndNote**. \ \ The RIS file name defaults to **Engineering_Village**.\ \ Check **remove selected records after download**. Click **Download records**

      Records imported into your EndNote library are displayed in **Imported References**.

      Bulk Export

      Maximum download: **500** records as direct bulk export; **1000** records as a .CSV file

      Create a search in [Engineering Village](https://www.engineeringvillage.com/search/quick.url)

      Select **100** results per page.

      Click **Select all records on the page** (to a maximum of 500 records).

      Click the **download icon**.

      In the pop up window, select **My PC** and **EndNote**. \ \ The file name defaults to **Engineering_Village**. You can change this to your preferred file name. \ \ Click **Download records**
