    Epic Login and Account Access Test

      Open Desktop (Full) Outlook Version

      *Open* the **Desktop (full) version of Outlook**. \ **IMPORTANT:** Verify the correct version in the top right corner.\ Make sure “Try the new Outlook” feature is OFF.

      Login to Epic

      *Double click* the **Applied Epic 2022 icon** on your desktop. **NOTE:** There may be a software update that needs to process before moving forward.

      Enterprise ID: LIBCO01 (enter if prompted)

      *Type* your **Usercode** (not case sensitive). *Type* the **password Newuser#1** (case sensitive). *Click* the **Login button**.

      Locate a Client

      *Click* the **Locate button** (not the down arrow) on the options bar.

      *Select* the **Last Name, First Name** option using the Locate by dropdown.

      Our test client is Tom Selleck. *Type* the letters **Sel** in the Last name begins with field and **Tom** in the First name begins with field. *Click* the **Locate button**.

      Open the Client File

      *Click* on **Tom Selleck's file** to highlight.

      *Click* on **Account Detail** on the navigation panel.

      Review Client Account Details

      Take a moment to review each tab and get a feel for how Epic displays information. *Click* on **Contacts** on the navigation panel when you are ready.

      View Contacts

      *Double click* on **a contact** to view the details. *Click* the **X** on the navigation panel to close the Contact. When ready, *click* on **Polices** on the navigation panel.

      View Client Policies

      *Double click* on **a policy** to view the details. *Click* the **X** on the navigation panel to exit the policy.
