      Logging into the Public Portal

      Alert! This guide walks through how to submit an event request using the OperationsHERO Test Account as an example. Please do not submit an event request to this account as the venues are not real.

      Click "Sign in" if you have not done so already.

      Option 1: Click Sign in with Google if you have a Google account and Gmail\ Option 2: Click Sign in with Microsoft if you have a MS 365 account and MS Email\ These will use your personal Google or Microsoft profiles that you already have created.\ If not, please go to the next step to see the other sign in option.

      Click "Sign in with Email and Password" if you are using something other than Google or Microsoft. (yahoo/hotmail/cable or internet provider/etc.)

      Tip! If you are logging in for the first time, skip down to Step 8 to use the Forgot Password link to get a new password established.

      If you have already registered before and submitted event requests, input your email address and password.\ \*This must be a real email address that you have access to or you will not be allowed to access the public portal.

      Click Login when you are ready to sign into the Public Portal.

      If this your first time logging in then click the "Forgot Password?" link to get a new password established.

      Click the "Send Reset link" button to get your password reset.\ (Make sure your email address is correct)

      Follow the instructions in the Reset Password email and then come back to sign into the Public Portal with your email and password.\ \*Check your spam folder in case you do not see the reset password email in your inbox.

      Click Login when you are ready to sign into the Public Portal.

      At the top of the page, Venues is where you will want to start. -Venues will show the Spaces, Services, and Equipment available for use along with the days and hours that can be reserved for use. Venue pictures will scroll through in a slideshow format where you can see different options.

      In the Documents section, Facility Usage, Hold Harmless, Anti-Bullying, and other policies may be listed along with Rental Rates and available for download.

      Venues

      Click "Venues" to start the booking process. Or, you may click the Book Now button on the home page for the venues as they scroll through.

      Click the filters to see the Capacity, Services, Equipment, and Uses.

      You can filter by the Venue Capacity based on the number of people you need the entire Venue can hold for your event.
