To access rules within a project, select "customize" on the right hand side.
Click "Add rule"
Example 1- Add a Task to an Additional Project
Click "Task is added to this project → Add to an additional project"
Click "Add to an additional project"
Click "Add to an additional project"
Click the "Project name" field.
Select which project you would like each task added to.
Click "Create rule"
Example 2- Automatically add a Collaborator to a Task
Click "Add rule"
Click "Task is added to this project → Add collaborators"
Click "Add collaborators"
Click "Add collaborators"
Click the "Name or email" field and enter the name or email of the collaborator you would like to add.
Click "Create rule"
Example 3- When Completion Status is Changed, Add to Another Section
Click "Add rule"
Click "Task or all subtasks completion status is changed → Move task to a certain section"
Click here to select which section the completed tasks will be moved to.
