Search for the order and click on it

Click "More actions"

Click "Duplicate"

**Only keep the piece that is part of the exchange.** In this case, the customer is swapping their 16" Fortune's Link Necklace for an 18" version. Keep only the necklace on this order.

Click "Add discount"

Click "Add custom order discount"

Enter the amount of the product

Click the "Reason for discount" field and type in the reason. (i.e. Exchange - 16" for 18") ***\*please note that the customer WILL be able to see this, so we are helping to create clarity for the new order for the customer***

Click "Done"

Click "Collect payment"

Click "Mark as paid"

Click "Create order"

If it's not already added to the duplicated page, remember to add the **🔁 Exchange** tag.
