Click "Management of my property"

Then ''Rooms'' (or any kind of units

Then "Physical Units"

Click on "view details" of the accommodation

The field "Do not take into account in the statistics" once checked allows the room/accomodation not be taken into account in the statistics dashboard. Closed rooms will also not be taken into account in the fields (see below).

Don't forget to click on "SAVE" once the box is checked.

Click "Statistics"

Then ''Dashboard''

Once the box is checked, the data related to this accommodation will not be reported in the occupancy rate (OR)

Once the box is checked, the data related to this accommodation will not be reported in the average income of the room (Revpar)

Closed rooms are no longer counted in the number of rented rooms and deducted from the available rooms

The turnover takes all values whether the box is checked or not. This change has no impact on the turnover.
