Click the settings icon to open up the right hand toolbar.

Check on the "Full Width" field in Title and Page Settings.

Select a component with an alignment feature, such as Group, Columns, and Image. Select the "Change Alignment" icon in the toolbar.

Choose "Full width".

Note 1: Not all component has the alignment feature. You can group components or add them into a column for the alignment feature.
Note 2: The full-width alignment only affects a full-width page.

Click the List View icon.

Select the image.

Use the Drag Handle tool in the toolbar and drag the image in the block area above the columns.

Now your image is above the columns.
