Here can email users as confirmation they submitted a webform. Click "Add email".

Here is our issue: In the "To:Email" field, we need the user's email address. We did not add that field during the webform creation.

To add a field for them to provide their email address, Click "Structure"

Click "Webforms"

Click "Build" on your webform.

Click the "Title" field and type "Your Email".

Using the crosshairs, move the email below the phone fields. Be sure to not nest it in, otherwise it will be side by side the the phone fields.
