      Click "Structure"
      Click "Webforms"
      Click "Build" for your webform.
      Click "Settings"
      Click "Emails / Handlers"
      We will send an email based on a conditional. In this case, we will send one if users select "High School" from the options in "Education Level". Click "Add email".
      We can call this one "Email conditional"
      Choose the user's email address in the "To email".
      We can choose a custom from address and create another custom subject and message.
      Scroll to the top and click "Conditions".
      Click this dropdown.
      Choose "Enabled" in State.
      Choose "Education Level" in Element.
      Choose the "Value is" field beside it.
      Choose "High School" from the dropdown.
      This states the email is enabled only when the education level selected is "High School".
      Save.
      You can see a summary of the handler's settings in the list of handlers.
      Save handlers.
