    Start by logging into ClearPoint Strategy at [app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home](http://app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home)

    Exporting Individual pages

    Any page in ClearPoint can be instantly exported to PDF, additionally, Grid Style Summary reports can be exported to Excel, and Dashboard style summary reports can be exported to PowerPoint.
    Click on the dropdown menu next to the Edit Pencil icon\ Select Export to PDF\ Choose the Page Size and Page Orientation\ Click on Generate\ A toaster will appear at the top of your screen with the message “Click here to download”\ Additionally, the PDF will be sent to you via email
    Grid-style Summary reports can also be exported to Excel and\ Dashboard style Summary reports can be exported to PowerPoint
    Previously exported reports can be found under Page Exports
    Select Documents from your Control Panel\ Click on Page Exports\ Click on the Download icon of any of your previously exported reports

    Briefing Books

    Briefing Books are one of the most powerful features of ClearPoint, as they allow you to create hyperlink PDFs that combine pages of multiple Scorecards, Summary Reports, and Detail layouts. They automate report generation and are perfect for Monthly Department Reports, Quarterly Strategy Reports, or Board Reports.
    Select Documents from your Control Panel\ Under Templates click on Briefing Books\ Click on the Plus icon\ Under Template Name, enter the new Briefing Book name, for example, ‘Monthly Report.’
    You will find multiple customization options like adding a Cover Letter, Watermark, and Page Size.
    Add content to your Briefing Book
    Navigate to Scorecards\ Select the Scorecards you’d like to add content from, in this example, ‘Central Division’\ Choose the Scorecard Summary Reports, in this case, ‘Category View’
    You can also add Individual Element detail pages\ Click on Objectives and select the ones you want to include\ Click on Measures and add the ones you want to include\ Don’t forget to Save
    Header and Footer can be added to your Briefing Book, we have an article in the Getting Started series that covers how to set up Header and Footer, please visit the Admin Options article for more information.
    Contents tab provides a preview of every page to be included
    The Recipients tab allows you to select the users that are going to receive the Briefing Book once its generated.
    Generate your Briefing Book by clicking the Play icon or\ Click on the three dots icon and select Run Template\ Choose the Reporting period you’d like to generate\ Check to Include recipients\ Once generated you will receive a copy of the report in your email inbox

    HTML Published Reports

    HTML Published Reports generate fully functional HTML sites from ClearPoint, it is popular to embed these links on public-facing websites or intranets to share reports with others. \ \ HTML Reports will have a link to access your report, anyone with this link will be able to view the HTML Report once generated. Content that is included in the export will be clickable.
