    Exporting Opt-outs

    Navigate to [https://app.tallbob.com/contacts/opt-outs](https://app.tallbob.com/contacts/opt-outs)

    Click on the 'Export SMS Opt-outs' Icon. If you want to export Email Opt-outs, click on the same icon in the Email Opt-outs tab

    Provide the Email ID existing in that Tall bob account as a user and click on the 'Send Button'

    You will receive an email with a link to download the exported optouts. Click on the 'Get Your File' Button to download the Opt-out Exports
