    Exports & Share information - Exporting single pages

    Start by logging into ClearPoint Strategy at [app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home](http://app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home)

    Export a page to PDF

    Any page in ClearPoint can be instantly exported to PDF by following these steps. In this example, we are going to export a Scorecard Report.
    Select **Scorecard & Elements** from the Control Panel\ Click on **Manage Reports**\ Open **Scorecard Reports**\ Locate the **Scorecard** you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Default Grid’.
    Click on the **dropdown menu** next to the edit Pencil icon\ Select **Export to PDF**\ Choose the **Page Size**, by default this is set to Letter \ Select the **Page Orientation**, by default these pages are generated in Landscape Mode
    Click on **Generate**, depending on the size of the page or report, the PDF can take anywhere from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes to generate. A toaster will appear at the top of your screen with the message ‘**Click here to download**’ You can also click on the **Alerts icon** at the top right-hand side of your screen, from here you can Preview, Delete, or Download the export. Additionally, the PDF will be sent to you via email

    Exporting a Measure Dashboard to PowerPoint

    You can also export a Measure Dashboard to PowerPoint by following these steps. In this example, we are going to export a Measure Report displaying just one chart per slide, instead of the default four charts per slide.
    First, we need to edit the Measure Report\ \ Select **Scorecard & Elements** from the Control Panel\ Click on **Manage Reports**\ Open **Measure Reports**\ Locate the **Measure Report** you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Large Charts - Dashboard’.
    Click the **edit Pencil icon**\ Make sure you are on the **Measure Report tab**\ Under Dashboard Size, select **Large Charts**\ Once you are done, click **Save**
    Click on the **dropdown menu** next to the edit Pencil icon\ Select **Export to PowerPoint** A toaster will appear at the top of your screen with the message ‘**Click here to download**’ You can also click on the **Alerts icon** at the top right-hand side of your screen, from here you can Preview, Delete, or Download the export. Additionally, the PowerPoint presentation will be sent to you via email

    Exporting a single page to Excel

    ClearPoint allows you to export reports to Excel by following these steps.
    Select **Scorecard & Elements** from the Control Panel\ Click on **Manage Reports**\ Open **Scorecard Reports**\ Locate the **Scorecard** you are going to be working with, in this example, ‘Default Grid’.
    Click on the **dropdown menu** next to the edit Pencil icon\ Select **Export to Excel**
    Click on **Generate** A toaster will appear at the top of your screen with the message ‘**Click here to download**’ You can also click on the **Alerts icon** at the top right-hand side of your screen, from here you can Preview, Delete, or Download the export. Additionally, the Excel file will be sent to you via email

    Accessing previous page exports

    Select **Documents** from the Control Panel\ Click on **Page Exports** under Documents
    You will see a list of previously generated exports, you can filter the reports using the **Filter Page Exports** search bar Uncheck the **All Users** box to see only the exports that you’ve generated From here you can also **Delete** or **Download** an exported report Additionally, you can see an icon with the file type next to each report (P for PowerPoint, X for Excel, Adobe Acrobat icon for PDF). You can also tell what type of report the export is by looking at the label at the end of the name.
