To view all applicants on one screen, scroll to the bottom, click on the caret, and select "All."

To include additional fields, go to **Columns** on the right-hand side.

Under Available, you will find options that you can add to your screen. Click on the boxes you want to add to your screen. They should disappear from your view to signify they have been added. When you're finished, click on **Done**.
All of the selected preferences are automatically saved and will now be your default screen each time you log back in to this position.
