Head to Canva (it's free!)

Click 'Create a design' and search for "Facebook Profile Frame"

Click 'Uploads then "Upload files"\
Upload your profile picture then click it to add to the white canvas

Upload your profile picture AND click it to add to the white canvas

Resize to make your profile picture fill the white space

Click the profile frame to add to the canvas

Resize the frame to fit your entire profile picture
Click "Download"

Resize the frame to fit your entire profile picture

Then head to your preferred social media channel to upload as your profile picture, post or story!
