    Navigate to [https://seads.ecampus.usg.edu/](https://seads.ecampus.usg.edu/s/)

    On the homepage, click "Submitted Forms."

    Select "Proctored Exam Extension Requests"

    Click the "Case Number" besides the student

    Click "Click Here to Respond to a PEER"

    Click the drop down to select to approve or deny the PEER.

    Be sure you pay attention to whether the student has requested to test early or test late.

    If approving the PEER, you will need to add a New Exam Window End Date. Click the squares on the right hand side of the drop down window to select new date. If you are denying this PEER, your next steps will be inputting notes in the "Decision Notes" box.

    If they are requesting to test early, make sure you update their "New Exam Window End Date" to a date prior to the original testing window.

    Next, confirm that the student has not already tested, or if they have already tested you are confirming that you allow them to have an additional attempt.

    Next, you will need to add any notes supporting your decision to approve or deny the student's PEER.

    Once you have completed everything needed on the form, click "Submit."

    You will receive this confirmation that your approval or denial has been submitted. You can then, click the "X" to exit out.
